Upcoming Events

Our Partners

San Francisco Public Works

Public Works has many opportunities for volunteers to clean and green San Francisco!

For more information on volunteer opportunities, or to inquire about specific events, please send an email to: volunteer@sfdpw.org.

Together SF

TogetherSF is San Francisco’s fastest-growing network of volunteers and community caretakers. We’re dedicated to making the city better for everyone. We host events and activities for you to meet like-minded people who want to work on that issue too.

Since 1947, San Francisco Beautiful, a non-profit 501c3 organization, has been the only organization to advocate for civic beauty, neighborhood character and accessible public art for all in San Francisco.

Shine On SF is a coalition of individuals and organizations that, in partnership with the City and County of San Francisco, is committed to restoring civic pride and creating a clean, cared-for San Francisco.

Friends of the Urban Forest

Friends of the Urban Forest helps individuals and neighborhood groups plant and care for street trees and sidewalk gardens in San Francisco. This "green infrastructure" improves the city by beautifying neighborhoods, cleaning the air, and reducing polluted stormwater runoff.

San Francisco Recreation & Parks

Are you excited to volunteer in San Francisco’s more than 220 parks and recreation facilities? Volunteers like you contributed 260,000 hours of service this past year, representing an invaluable contribution to our city.

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy

The Golden Gate National Parks Volunteer Program is a cooperative parkwide effort of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the National Park Service, and the Presidio Trust.

SF311 is the primary customer service center for the City of San Francisco. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, web, mobile, and Twitter.

The rubbish iOS app maps litter, and then rubbish can evaluate each block’s footprint to identify better solutions for cleaner communities. Do you know how much litter is on your block? Download rubbish and test your guess!
